| The Avon
RS320 Ticket Issue Machine stand 1088mm above foundation
level. The removable door and hinged top cover provide easy
access to the ticket printer and control electronics. The
all steel constructed cabinet and cover as shot blasted to give a
clean grease free surface providing maximum keying effect for the
two pack high zinc primer, 40 microns, followed by a yellow (RAL
1007) textured polyester powder coated top coat, 40 microns -
approx weight 58kg. |
| A heavy
duty plate supports the 50mm/sec thermal ticket printer. The
stock of the 3,000 ticket paper roll is continuously monitored by
a paper low sensor, providing a clean contact output. The
paper path to the cutter is a straight router, this minimizing
jams. The ticket is cut before it is offered to the driver;
if not taken, it is re-captured by the machine. |
| The machine
produces an 81mm x 75mm ticket, printed with the time, date, audit
number. The time and date are also encoded onto a bar code
printed on the ticket. There is also the option of 25 text
characters on the front of the ticket and advertisement printing
on the back. |
| The backlit
LCD on the front of the machine provides customer information such
as the time and date, car park and barrier status. |
| The recommended
power supply is 6A, 240v ac single phase. It is recommended
that the machine is secured to the foundation using 4 nos M12 x
160mm chemical anchors. The installation of ducts for
cabling is dependant upon the control criteria. |
