would realise the benefit of a full parts and labour warranty up to
the end of the first full year following your equipment's
installation.

These agreements do not and
are not intended to cover the cost of service, repair or any attention
required a result of the following: misuse, neglect, burglary, fire,
theft, water leakage on to internal equipment, lightening strikes, impact,
electrical voltage fluctuations, accidental damage however caused, change
of location or environmental changes.
Where part replacement or
site visits (other than routine servicing) become necessary for non wear
and tear reasons - such as vandalism - work will be chargeable at our
standard rates.
The Avon
Barrier Company reserve the right to change or amend the specification of
its products from time to time in furtherance of its policy of continued
product improvements.
