Impact Rating

The Avon RB680 Blocker comes in various widths to suit specific site requirements, with a blocking segment heights of up to 600mm. Constructed from heavy welded steel section to provide sufficient strength to exceed DTP axle loads.

The heavy duty durbar top plate, coated with safety markings, is removable to enable efficient installation and servicing.

The blocker may be operated via an integral electro-mechanical drive unit or hydraulic rams with the power pack/controls positioned locally or remotely within an externally rated cabinet. The push button control to be positioned to suit client's operational requirements.

The blocker mechanism is encased in a sheet steel enclosure and has stub pipes for onward connection to ducting for hydraulic hoses and dedicated cables.

On installation the entire enclosure is encased by concrete, with thickness and strength being subject to site ground conditions.

The power requirements is dependent upon duty cycling requirement, number and size of blockers to be driven by the power pack. World-wide voltage options available.
